How long will it take to get the hardship letter collection?
You can download the collections of letters immediately upon payment.
Can I have the package mailed to me instead of downloading it?
No, this is only sold by e-book and delivered to your email. The collection is 76 pages long and costs us too much in paper, ink and time to go mail it. It’s just not worth it to us to have to do all that.
What is the format of the download file?
The letters are in a pdf file. This is so that everyone can download them without having to have a word processor that matches.
Do I have to provide you with personal information, such as my loan number or other financial information?
No. You will be writing the letter, yourself, based on the samples provided. Therefore, you do not need to give me any personal information.
What if I write this letter and then it doesn’t work?
Good question. The blunt and truthful answer is: There is no guarantee that any letter will work. While 80-85% of my clients get the results they want from the letters they write with the help of this collection, the lenders make the final decision. However, if you use this collection to aide you in writing a high-quality letter designed to be taken seriously by your lender’s loan default department, your odds of success are much higher.
